Hrithik Roshan Workout Routine:
Hrithik has different workout schedules for different days. Every Monday he targets his chest, calves and back. He performs many exercise on Monday like Dumbbell bench press, under hand cable pull,bent over barbell row, back extension, seated calf raise and standing calf raise. On Tuesday he focuses on his legs and performs seated leg tucks, extension, lying keg curls and squats. On Wednesday he takes rest. Every Thursday he works on his abs and sholders, and performs marble military press, side lateral raise, upright barbell row and standing calf raise. On Friday he targets his arms and does cable lying triceps extension, dumbblee tricep, straight arm pull and standard biceps cable curl.

Hrithik’s nutrition plans changes every week depending on his body condition. For protein he eats turkey, steak, egg whites, fish and protein powder. He eats oatmeal, brown rice and salad for complex carbs. He also takes supplements, in every morning he takes Glutamine 1000 capsules, BCAA 1000 capsules, Anavite multi vitamin and amino acid complex,omega 3 softgels and grape seeds. As per his nutritionist he takes several times in a day rather than 3 meals. He also takes 100 grams meat on every day.
